Grand Final Day at the Terminus

Boy oh Boy!!! Wowee!!! Grand Final Day at the Terminus was spectacular.

It was access all areas as crowds flocked to the bar, dining room, sports bar, craft bar and beer garden.

And no Grand Final Day would be complete without a bit of kick to kick in the street at half time.

Here's a little entree dish, Michael and the kitchen team have put together for tonight:

Seared sesame-crusted Tuna, 

with a blood orange, apple and watercress salad,

 balsamic vinaigrette and salmon roe.

Craft Bar Menu in pics

Very remiss of us in our last post not to show you what the craft bar food looks like. Of course, we didn't because we didn't have these beautiful photos done by our resident photographer Paul Griggs. (And we didn't think our I-phone snaps did the food justice!) What do you reckon...???

New menu in the Craft Bar

Wow, what a reaction we've had to the new Craft bar and beer garden. We've had some cracking nights already and heaps of positive feedback.

16 beer taps to choose from, 8 of them rotating guest beer taps and the selection so far has been awesome. Beer lovers are going nuts.

The craft bar menu has been kicking goals as well. And now that we are used to how the new kitchen works, we've been able to expand the menu a little. There's a few new additions and if you haven't tried the Beef Short Ribs yet, then you have no time to waste!
